There are experienced personnel ready to assist you. Email and telephone support is provided free of charge for all products sold. This service extends to all DIA, Takubo, and Takubomatic products. Even models that are no longer manufactured! Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible with fast, and efficient service.
Common parts are in stock in our Sales and Service Centre. Any parts that we don’t have are ordered from the factory. They usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
